THE BLACK KEYS / LONELY BOY

You can't tell me this doesn't make you want to dance. Looks like this dude went to the Reanna School of Tricky Moves. Nice one from The Black Key's new album El Camino. Mini vans have never looked so cool.

Party Party!
NYLON KOREA HEARTS MONTREAL
–
I couldn't be more excited about being featured in NYLON Korea's December issue. Clearly they know what's up. And I'm in good company with the talented Jorge Camarotti, Kandle and Julien Vallée gracing the 6 page story about Montreal's creative community. And the best part is my amazing and handsome dog Mick is even featured. Yes Mick is the sh*t in Korea for obvious cute overload reasons. Now, let's bust out the bibimbap and kimchi and party, party!

POSTCARDS FROM MARFA / PART DOS

I can't get Lana Del Ray's
Video Games out of my head. I've been signing it for weeks. To me, it's
what Marfa sounds like – a little sexy, a lot dusty, heart breaking and
tumble weed friendly. It's the song that lulled me to sleep, drowning
out the train whistle. Dreaming of two-step, full moons and loaded
Winchesters.
I
went a little camera crazy this trip and took something like 19887766
photos, some of which will be on a Call It Spring Tumblr for the
spring/summer season. I couldn't resist to post a little more. Here's
part dos of postcards from Marfa.
Cheers to tacos, plastic fruit, Fancy Pony Land and Chicken the pocket-sized Pomeranian. Giddy it up.

I want to be a cowboy. And you can be my cowgirl. Please tell me you remember this song by Boy's Don't Cry because it pretty much is the soundtrack for Marfa, Texas.
From the lone Prada store to a field of trailers painted the colour of fruit punch, Marfa is magical. It's a desert town filled with pockets of amazing under a dusty rose hue. Sure the harsh environment aged me like a worn-in saddle but it was worth it. My heart belongs to Texas with a little piece left for Ty the last American cowboy. See mystery light y'all.

Marfa was the backdrop to the up-coming spring/summer Call It Spring campaign shot by superstar Susanna Howe along with a team of crazy talented high kickin' peeps. Check out more behind the scenes photos on our CIS Tumblr.

Bye Bye Mon Cowboy
A COLOUR STUDY MIDNIGHT COWBOY

Go West! I'm on my way to a magical place called Marfa Texas where, on the outskirts of town, there exists a Prada store. You can't get in, but you can look. Feeling inspired by tumble weeds, bourbon lemonade and line dancing with designer handbags. Here are a few Marfa inspired images from the research files of Reanna Time. Yehaw.
